Resolved Question: where to find a good agent /agency?

i know its really hard to find a good agent out there because there are so many scams and the really good ones are soo busy with there other stars but it seems like the good talent agencies dont advertise themselves and its been really hard for me to find a good agency to audition for.if anyone knows of any around corona california ,rosemead.chino hills or close by i would really appreciate it if you could give me some tips on how to find the good agencies i've been trying to find an agent ..but have had no luck i love to sing, and act and i am very talented in it to. if anyone has or knows of any really good agancies, or has an agent who could give me some tips or help me i would really appreciate it im just a girl trying to follow her dreams like anyone else .?? thanks for any comments :)...
